डिजिटल उत्पाद नीति
Digital Product Policy: Since all our products (Hindi PDF, English PDF, Combo) are instantly delivered digital products, refunds are generally not available. Once the PDF(s) have been delivered to your email, the purchase is considered complete.
धनवापसी के योग्य स्थितियाँ
- PDF email पर नहीं आई और 24 घंटे बाद भी support से resolve नहीं हुई।
- Duplicate payment — एक ही order के लिए दो बार charge हो गया।
- Technical error के कारण payment successful हो गई लेकिन order process नहीं हुआ।
Eligible Refund Cases: (1) PDF was not received by email and the issue was not resolved within 24 hours despite contacting support. (2) Duplicate payment — you were charged twice for the same order. (3) Technical error where payment was successful but the order was not processed.
धनवापसी कैसे माँगें
How to Request a Refund: Email us at timingstamina@gmail.com with your Payment ID and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request within 3–5 business days and respond accordingly.
धनवापसी की समय-सीमा
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The actual time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
रद्दीकरण (Cancellation)
Cancellation: Since delivery is instant, cancellation after a successful payment is not possible. If you change your mind before completing payment, simply close the payment window.
